I have always been lucky to have any issues dealt with straight away I feel that the online process is handy and dealt with promptly, however routine appointments are not always prompt, waiting times can be way over 10 mins even if no one is in the waiting area… recent problem… called for smear test numerous times informing staff I’m not due yet… receptionist told me yes you are your overdue stated I’d had one is June 2022 I recall August 2022 but thought maybe they calling early now to be booked in.. told come tomorrow for appointment as I’m overdue… turned up and nurse told me she couldn’t do it as it I wasn’t due until August… waste of journey and lost time at work… Nurse was very good and apologised for the confusion she was going to speak to receptionist booking appointments as information given was incorrect… hopefully just a one off… would definitely recommend to others

Got an appointment easy yesterday by filling out an econsult online via the app. Dr I saw was very good and checked my symptoms thoroughly

I had a consult with a lovely female gp yesterday . After leaving a message for triage only last week . She was very thorough and had a very nice manner . I went in for my appointment with her a couple of minutes early as well . I have never had any problem with the treatment I have had at this practice in almost 8 yrs . Now waiting for a referral which is non urgent but should be within the next four weeks which I consider excellent .

Went for my flu jab, booked in and was seen very quickly and efficiently. Nurse was very pleasant, explained what she was doing, and was gentle didn't feel anything.

Easy to speak to someone, same day call back or appointment. Lovely staff very professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Kept to appointment time

I went for a BP check and the nurse was very patient and friendly. She explained everything to me and asked me questions about my health.

I attended my appointment feeling really ill with a few problems I felt listened to and the questions asked by the nurse were very thorough. I was prescribed items to help with my problems and have another appointment 4/11

I book appointment and straight way next day was booked . The key family practices is the best ever have doctors in uk.. me and my family we are very happy with service .

However my last physical consultation it felt like the doctor wasn’t competent, she was also a bit dismissive.
