This is the worst practice they have no care for young children I had to literally push for an appointment for my child and when they finally booked him he was fobbed of by the doctor even after explaining we have tried his method and stressed the condition was getting worse and the next day it led to an infection and now they are once again passing us to other agencies when the child should be seen as a priority

Been dealing with chest pains for past 6-7 weeks now and doctors don’t seem bothered about it 1 bit I’ve had to go hospital so many times all for them to tell me go back to my doctor for him to give me an appointment in 3 weeks time I haven’t just got chest pains I’ve got high heart rate. And the hospital doctors have asked for my gp to do a blood test and they’re refusing to do 1. I’m thinking about leaving this doctors if I’m honest.

I had a recent appointment with the pharmacist practitioner. I feel this went really well! I received good quality care, and was listened to. I feel the examination was thorough, and left with an outcome I am happy with. My overall experience was a very good one, the practitioner was professional, had good manners and thought outside of the box also. No faults at all on this occasion. Thank you for your hard work and continued good practice!

The nurse was late for appointment by 10 minutes. She was good at her job in what she did. The smear wasn’t uncomfortable. She put me at ease. She chatted with me and answered questions I asked. I was content on leaving.

I had a very quick response and managed to get a face to face appointment same morning. Very clear advice and satisfactory outcome, taking other medical issues into account.

This is not my GP but was sent an appointment here for ultra sound.Went in and sat in area indicating ultrasound. No one about so partner went to check with reception who directed me back to my GP in another area of town.i went to my own GP who said I had to go to the Keys.I am now running late .I went back to reception at the Keys who said the ultra sounds are nothing to do with them!I went back to ultra sound area and eventually found the radiographer. The reception were only too happy to give this aged poorly person the runaround. Thank God I am not registered here.

Dear Patient I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience in relation to your recent appointment for an ultrasound at Willenhall Medical Centre. However, The Keys Family Practice is not connected with the extended services provided within the building, in this case the ultrasound service is a separate service from the Practice. The Practice Reception Team do not have any information on the extended service clinics provided within the building, and are therefore unable to advise patients when they attend the front desk. Dr listened and quickly invited for a one to one consultant and examined me within a few hours of me contacting them. Quickly diagnosed and got medication sorted fast. Also being v thorough to eliminate anything sinister

I was having problems with dizziness and feeling sick..contacted surgery through e consult..and 2 hours later had a phone call from g.p. he he thought I was suffering from vertigo..sent my some exercised through messenger and prescribed medication, straight to my chemist..I am very pleased with the service that th surgery provided, on this occasion..

So basically this was my first time and my first injection in UK I was so worried about it but after went to hospital I was like oh it's not that tough how much I think. But the staff work I really appreciate it .
