    When the phone appointment (Saturday 8th June) was originally booked I was told that I would be contacted between 08:30 and 12:00 and rearranged my plans for that Saturday accordingly. In the week prior to the appointment I received two text messages changing the allotted time to between 08:15 and 10:15 and changed my plans again. By 10:15 on the morning of the appointment I had not received the phone call and the revised plans had to swing into action. I was literally walking out of the house when the phone call came through at 10:17. In fairness the appointment was successful in that it included some very good news - my gripe is not with the doctor. My gripe is with the way the time allotted to the appointment was changed; the new arrangement confirmed; only to discover that we had reverted to the original time slot. Please remember that patients have to rearrange their plans around phone appointments in a way which doesn't apply to face-to-face appointments. I accept that the NHS might be using Saturday appointments to cope with the demand, but please realise that rearranging plans around phone appointments on a Saturday can be traumatic in several family circumstances.

    My visit was pleasant with good trearment and I left satisfied. The waiting room is cool and clean the receptionists are very considerate to all. The GP listened to me.

    I was feeling quite unwell with possible COVID and a bad chest. The GP was very thorough and gave me antibiotics

    Go I saw wasn’t rushed listened to me made me feel that I wasn’t wasting her time and discussed various ways to help me sent a test of and was so reassuring I left the practice positive & reassured such a good experience the go was absolutely great

    I'm struggling with my mental health and it's been hard admitting that I'm not coping. One particular doctor at this surgery has been so extremely kind and supportive and helping me find my feet again.

    A lot of people complain about their GP surgery but I’ve found the whole process quite easy, and the doctor I saw was just lovely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

    Waited 4 weeks for a telephone appt with a nurse. Nurse called 15 mins earlier that appointment and all I said was can you please call back in 5 as I can’t have this conversation in the company I am in, absolutely she said no problem at all. No call back. I call the surgery- 30 mins on hold, I’ll find out for you they say. No response. Call back again next day, another 10 mins hold. Ok you need to book another appointment, the next one is 9 weeks away! What on earth?! I wasn’t the one missing the appointment. I made sure I was available for the appointment time given. If they were late by 5 mins I’d have to wait for them wouldnt I! If I was having an in surgery appointments would they not see me because I hadn’t turned up early?!

    My asthma review was carried out with great competence and by a very polite and friendly nurse. Everything was well explained. The nurse also gave me my first shingles jab. I left the surgery reassured.

    He was very efficient and took plenty of time with me. Also he has changed my medication which hopefully will help.
