    I had the pleasure of seeing a doctor who understood I was under a time restriction. She completely got down to the root of the health issue and acted swiftly and even offered an apology for the incorrect triage process

    The nurse called at the time specified. She was very professional. She referred to our previous conversation and asked relevant questions. We agreed the next steps.

    The Practice is clean with plenty of space , the receptionist were polite and helpful the GP was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and reassuring.

    At a very dark time for me the practice has reached out to regularly check my well-being and needs. I could not ask for more I’m on a short time line due to multiple. Bowel cancer and as I go forward I have the confidence to face what I have to and I know that I am in safe hands. One particular doctor had taken over my care and also will be there to keep an eye on him which is comforting for me

    I was invited by text message to make an appointment for a health check. When I attended my appointment the Nurse informed me that as I took Statins she could not carry out the health check as it would give a false reading. Consequently the appointment was a waste of my time and also that of the nurse. Records should be checked before appointments offered.

    A year or so ago I was in despair with the patient difficulties in accessing the practice, so much so I was thinking of leaving. Now I am pleased to say that the reorganisation of the practice has improved greatly. I like the e-consult and the prompt follow up. The text messaging communication and finding test results etc on the NHS app much quicker and convenient. I now have confidence I can see a doctor if needed. I am lucky that although I am retired I have the technical know how to cope with the text. I do know older people without technical acumen still are struggling.
