    I was booked in to see the nurse for an injection and I was seen on time and staff were friendly. I would reccommend this practice as the service they provide is great

    I suffered a medical episode whilst having a routine injection. The way the practice reacted from the receptionists to the practice partner was nothing but exemplary. I felt completely at ease when it could well have been a complete panic. I was constantly monitored and checked upon until the ambulance that the practice called arrived and the handover was completed. This is the second time I've been in this situation at the practice and I can honestly say that they have helped to save me.

    Telephone appt with a female Pharmacist. She was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Referred me for a bone scan and reviewed my medications. Would have preferred to see someone face to face and had to wait around 4 weeks for the appt.

    I was offered a face to face appointment after review of an online request I had submitted. Arrived for my appointment but was unable to check in via the digital screen as it was not working. I waited approx 10 mins and almost missed my name on the call screen in the waiting area as the sound alert was not working either. The appointment itself was very quick, perhaps a bit rushed, but I got a decisive answer on my medical complaint and clear guidance on my next actions. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out of the surgery in about 20mins total.
