    Doctor very efficient and helpful. Managed to book a convenient next appointment with receptionist too as I need out of work hours. Highly reccomend

    was very caring and professional, she made me feel comfortable to talk and discuss. She was a locum but a total credit to her profession an an assist for the surgery, they should find a place for her . Wonderful kind polite lady, excellent

    Contacted surgery for routine check up appointment. Was given appointment within 1 week. Seen on time. The nurse practitioner was professional yet friendly.

    I came to Redbourn Surgery for a smear test. The nurse was on time, friendly and professional and everything was done as it should be. The nurse also explained when I should expect to get my results.

    Filled out eConsult on practice website and had a call within the hour offering an appointment with a nurse that afternoon. This was quite impressive considering it was the first morning of the practice opening after the 4-day Easter break.

    I was nervous going into this appointment as I wasn’t sure if I’d be taken seriously but the Dr I saw was fantastic. Listened and was so understanding, felt completely supported and that she would help me with whatever I needed throughout this process.

    I visited the Highfield branch of this practice on 10 th April for blood tests. The nurse was friendly and efficient and kept to the appointment time.
