    Check in was easy and wait times weren’t to long and the doctor was very welcoming and was quick to determine what was needed

    We are extremely happy with the care we have received for my son’s leg injury. The nurse has gone above and beyond in caring for my son and looking after him. We could not have asked for better care from her. Thank you.

    A Doctor who I have now seen on three occasions is so attentive and thoroughly listens to the patient. She picks up on issues and has an adept way of explaining very clearly. After I have seen her I feel so reassured with the tests and medication. She is a great GP role model and I hope she will stay within the practice for a very long time. She is a great asset.

    I attended Redbourn for asthma test having had the previous booking cancelled by SMS at short notice because of non-availability of nurse. Subsequent call took 20 minutes to rearrange for yesterday. Took time off work yesterday to attend. Appointment started on time but was told straightaway that the surgery had run out of part of equipment so test could not take place. Why not call me beforehand to rearrange? Staff professional but National Health “Service” - no.

    I saw a doctor at the surgery regarding an urgent and possible serious issue. The doctor acted upon it immediately and within 24 hours I received an appointment to see a consultant three days later. I am most grateful for the doctor’s concern and kindness.

    I was given an appointment at short notice and received very professional advice and examination. I had very little waiting time and staff were friendly and respectful I was prescribed antibiotics which were ordered from crown pharmacy and collected within an hour

    I had a scheduled blood test appointment which was cancelled with 15 mins notice. To receive a request from the practice for a review of my visit was insulting and shows that something has seriously gone wrong with your systems of communication. I had waited weeks for this appointment, and when I contacted the practice I was offered a new appointment in three weeks time.

    On coming out of hospital after a total knee replacement, the wound starting oozing and I was advised to make an appt with the nurse. This appt came thru in 24hrs. The nurse redressed the wound and organised another appt 48hrs later - when a severe allergic response to the adhesives in the original dressing used in the op. The nurses have monitored the area around the wound twice last week with a weekly appt for the next two weeks. I've been really impressed by the thoroughness of the nursing staff.
