    My meeting with the doctor yesterday was excellent. She talked me through the relevant information and we look back over past treatment to decide how best to go forward with my high blood pressure treatment. We devised a plan between us and she at no time made me feel she was rushing this consultation through. I was very appreciative of her excellent advice and attention.

    The GP was patient and understanding of the issues my son was facing. We both felt valued and understood. A follow up appointment was made which was very reassuring.

    The doctor was very attentive, however my problem is not resolved yet. It will be a long term thing, and I'm having to wait at least a month for an appointment each time.

    I felt like I was listened too and all my concerns were addressed both with compassion and professionalism. The surgery is very thorough in the consultation they provide their patients and I am happy I was able to register here

    Booking GP appointment was good, interaction with GP was also fine, however I was referred for a blood test to further diagnose my symptoms. The new system means I cannot get a blood test appointment for 3 weeks! How can patients expect efficient diagnosis or treatment when they will wait another 3-4 weeks for test result. This is poor and a ill conceived way of improving a previously good service

We are sorry to hear you have a long wait for your blood appointment, we can accommodate urgent blood appointments at the surgery but routinely we would advise to book through the hospital system

    Had my annual diabetes review at Redbourn surgery this week. The diabetes nurse was accompanied by a junior doctor. Both conducted the review with great care and professionalism. A credit to NHS

    I saw a doctor at Highfield surgery on Friday 26th of April 2024, in the morning. This was my first time seeing this young doctor , he faced me while talking to me. he took time to hear and listened to me attentively with patience and took his time to clinically examine me. Great doctor. When I finished I spoke to receptionists , both ladies were extremely helpful. I have been with this practice since it opened and my experience was always good. Thank you.

    I had an appointment regarding my cholesterol and blood pressure and the doctor was very good in telling me what to do he then gave me an appointment for a blood test and that was very good as well.
