Very pleased with my GP Practice, had a Nurse appointment she made me feel reassured, comfortable, explained throughly what was going to happen, took her time and listened to what I had to say.

The nurse was very efficient and personable. My appointment was on time and the practice was clean and orderly.

I have a regular B12 jab for pernicious anaemia. The practice receptionist did her best to fit me in on the day my injection was due. The nurse who did the actual injection (a very painful one) was very kind and sympathetic.

Was told I would have a doctors telephone appointment re a recent blood test. The do cite had no information why I had needed a blood test so the result meant nothing to them

I arrived flustered for an appointment and the doctor completely changed my mood so that I left with a smile on my face. She was so kind and helpful. And of course sorted out my problem as well as completing a review of my medication. All round a good experience.

After tying to get a appointment we finally got one to see a doctor about my medication as I work in London I will have to take half days holiday that’s ok So on Monday the 8/4/24 at 1-10 I go to the appointment at Highfield my name was called go to room 5 so off I trot good afternoon Mr how can I help I was telling him about my medication problems and to my surprise he said he was a physiotherapist and go back to the reception and book a appointment with a doctor back to square one. You fill all the forms in and you still get wrong!! go back to the old system where you can talk to someone

Many thanks for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We are still the early stages of introducing the new online total triage and it is helpful to receive feedback from our patient using this so we can look at patterns in issues raised. We appreciate it is change for us all but we believe it and it has proven to be a great benefit.

I recently moved to the area and have seen two gps at this practice. Both times I have felt heard, reassured and taken care of (appointments booked quickly and next steps communicated clearly). I suffer with health anxiety so none of this was an easy task :) Thank you to the GPs I saw!
