The Dr, spent time going through my symptoms and explaining what tests need to be carried out. Very calm and caring approach. Made me feel in safe hands.

I had an excellent experience. The nurse I saw was very lovely. She was very polite and friendly. Also very respectful.

Done a econsult on Monday morning. Received a call to make an appointment to speak with a doctor on Monday afternoon. Spoke to doctor on Tuesday who advised going in for face to face. Appointment on Wednesday morning. Dr was very thorough. Took her time to check everything. Could not have asked for more.

Went in for yearly pill review in redbourn first time going there the nurse was very good asked lots of questions and answered alot for me

I was so disappointed with the whole trying to book to see a doctor. I was palmed off to a nurse, who knew more about my body than me. I eventually saw a doctor. He was brilliant he listened understood and said he can sort an issue Ives suffered for 3 months. Please listen to a patient if they say I need to see a doctor not a nurse.

Arrived early for my appointment. Booked in via the automated screen inside reception. Was seen bang on time, the nurses were polite and explained the process. Was very happy and was there for 5 minutes .

I was due an early morning appointment with one of the nurses who was unfortunately ill on the day. However the receptionist at Redbourn surgery did all she could to rearrange the visit with another nurse. As a result I went back mid afternoon the same day. An excellent service.
