    Very easy to get appointment via EConsult. Appointment was on time. Doctor kind patient and very efficient. Thorough questions and good explanations. Great result.

    All my concerns answered. GP was patient with all my concerns and and reassured me making sure my referral is sent to the right specialist. Also, further investigation was given for my query.

    I saw the doctor at Redbourn surgery regarding some flu symptoms and a request for a sicknote. The doctor was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The doctors are a credit to the NHS service and have absolutely no complaints at all with the consultation.

    Saw the nurse very punctually. She gave a quick examination and suggested antibiotics although they may make no difference. Lighting in room was dingy and I do not feel examination of my toe could have been very thorough

    I received a text message offering the NHS heart health check on Tuesday. An appointment was scheduled on Wednesday. The health care professional was polite and professional, explained the process and all the metrics. It was a reassuring experience, well run and very welcome Thanks!
