    Doctor pleasant to deal with. Understood my concerns regarding medication presribed .and accepted my proposals regarding a healthier lifestyle.

    Compare to the previous practice I was registered, it is day and light. GP clearly show care, all information are easily available online, everything get confirmed by text, you can book online, and reception is friendly. Big thank you to all the people I’ve interacted with on that visit.

    Responsive, listening to the patient, knowledgeable and well trained, helpful and realistic next steps initiated, clear action timeline, shared understanding about health and action GP me and others will take.

    I saw a nurse at Highfield to have my ears syringed. From start to finish she was a model example of professionalism. She checked both ears, decided that only one ear needed to be syringed, explained the procedure very clearly , and carried it out successfully without any fuss or problems. I was very happy with the treatment I received.

    Doctor was very thorough and had plenty of time for me she went threw everything explained everything thoroughly to me and explained when I was unsure about something made me feel at ease and was very caring and sympathetic to me threw out the appointment

    I find the new E-consultation service normally works quite well. Mine was a doctor's phone call on this occasion, following an E-consultation. The doctor rang me a little later than agreed but I was able to take the call and we achieved a satisfactory conclusion.

    I did an e consult via the NHS App, the practice responded very quickly and I was offered an appointment via a phone call from the practice early the next day.

    From the beginning of the consultation I felt I was being listened to and treated with empathy. The GP discussed my issues with me, ensuring that I was comfortable with the outcome of the consultation. She referred me to a consultant, in order for me to attain the best outcome.
