    I had an appt for a urinanary issue that I was nervous talking about, but the doctor was very understanding and informative and I was seen without any waiting time. I was very pleased

    Following my ongoing diagnosis and treatment plans, my GP has been has been prompt in action to all of my concerns. She reassures me and makes sure all my queries are answered to the best of my satisfaction. My GP is one of a kind that I cannot complain of any better than what she offers me. Thanks a lot for all you do Dr xx

    Very responsive and provide a high quality of care. I filled in an online consult and received a very prompt response leading to two face to face appointments and a telephone call. Very pleased with the service.

    Was told I had a phone appointment for 28 May so took time out from work. However no call was received and there was no way to ask the doctor. Been left in the dark as to what happens next.

    Lovely triage nurse listened to my symptoms and was so patient and helpful. Follow-up appointment with a doctor was also very very good. She was so patient, informative and understanding. I wish I could name them because they were both excellent.

    I completed the on line e consult service and within a short time the surgery contacted me to arrange a consultation with the practice nurse. Very helpful, good medic /patient relationship and thorough checks. Even a phone call follow up review.
