The surgery replied to my online request for an appt for mental health very quickly and the Dr was sympathetic and listened carefully

I saw the GP on three occasions, each time he listened to my concerns and involved me in decisions. He was considerate, professional and easy to talk ti.

After a stressful wait my appointment with ….. was really good. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and and explained what she was doing. I left the surgery very happy and relieved.

My physio appointment has been cancelled twice in succession. Once while I was in the surgery waiting room for one said appointment. The second was directly following a text confirming my appointment. Even though the surgery is open on a Saturday for physio apparently there is no reception staffed so it falls again to me to go out of my way to rebook and again wait within a queue to receive the care my en consult and follow up call said was important for me to be seen … 3 weeks and counting. Unreliable service

My experience is positive and very pleased with the consultation. I felt like this GP gives great care and attention which is hard to find in this busy world. My problems have been ongoing for many years and I had to request continuing help to resolve my ongoing issues that have had a deep impact on my life! The GP was very aware of my sensitive issues and has given me the much needed support going forward which is very important at my stage of life. An extremely rare and brilliant GP!

I have seen the doctor twice in the last month with the same infection. Her questioning and attention to the details was excellent and I can not fault the service received. I left the surgery confident that my condition was being properly treated.

Just to say that I was quickly seen and my questions were answered, an appointment was made for an ECG the next day which also went very efficiently, I had no complaints!

The doctor I saw today was patient, kind and thorough. She took time to explain my concerns and did her best to ensure that I received the best care. I was so pleased, I told her "you treated me from the heart". Thank you very much Doctor keep up your good work. You restored my believe in NHS.

Saw my regular doctor, she is very professional and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she listens to what I have to say. Having a chronic condition with many different problems it is nice to have continuity of care, seeing the same doctor she understands what is going on and I do not have to explain everything each time I see her. She is a credit to the surgery.
