    I was listened to and shown empathy but my concern regarding an accident I had was disregarded and I felt my symptoms were mainly ignored

    I was able to have a telephone conversation with the same GP who had messaged me about some tests. She was charming and knowledgeable and in time

    Prompt and thorough referral for testing taking into account my symptoms. The doctor was kind and took the time to listen. Although it can be difficult to get a routine appointment when something is wrong and urgent they have been really very good

    Dr knew my case and understood my question. Decided I needed to continue particular drug but unfortunately it was not put through electronically so not ready next day to collect.

    Telephone discussions are no substitute for face to face but the doctor was very engaged and helpful. Listened and sorted out my issues. Very happy with the help I received

    I visited a GP on May 16th and received excellent treatment. Yesterday I had a telephone consultation which resulted in the need for an X-ray which was arranged immediately and carried out at St. Albans City hospital very efficiently. At all these interactions I was treated with professionalism and compassion.

    The mental health nurse did not waste my appointment asking me lots of wooden questions. She listened and validated my experience and scheduled to check in on me while I wait for my counselling referral. It's this sort of approach that can be pivotal in whether someone continues to decline or not. We need more of this
