    Doctor seen was patient and kind. Explained things clearly, giving various options for wsys forward and wasn't overbearing.

    Very satisfied with the whole procedure - from E-consult to consultation. Like the idea that they triage and able to offer you the service they think most appropriate. Doctor very thorough and very caring.

    Although the GP was 40 minutes late, as he had a trainee doctor with him, it was a brief and thorough examination

    I am sorry to hear you had to wait for your booked appointment and appreciate that this is very inconvenient. Unfortunately, some patients have very complex issues, and this can cause the clinicians to overrun which is not ideal. We are sorry to hear this happened.

    My daughter saw a doctor today who was thorough, considerate and dealt with her issues with sensitivity. We left with reassurance, clear instructions on how her care would be dealt with and a follow up call that afternoon to clarify an issue that needed further investigation. We were very happy with the service we received from the doctor. However, I do feel that we had to wait longer than hoped to get an appointment considering one of the issues I felt needing addressing sooner.

    Having recently diagnosed with what could be potentially a serious illness I was met with underwhelming support. I arrived at the surgery looking for answers that would help me overcome an illness that hopefully with advice and guidance I could overcome. I felt the comments made were dismissive and not taken as seriously as I would have hoped. I continually had to ask questions and the response was either vague or ambiguous. Overall I had a terrible experience and left the surgery feeling non the wiser. I am now considering returning to the surgery to request another consultation hopefully then will receive the appropriate service.

    I would 100% recommend the doctor who I see. She is kind, compassionate and takes time to listen to your concerns. I have never felt rushed and I feel that she really cares about me.
