Three surgeries linked together, one phone system... After being on hold for 40 mins, was cut off by the administrator. Couldn't use their website to contact them as there isn't a category for booking an appointment with a nurse. Got an appointment in the end... but it was cancelled by the surgery. Got a second appointment... but it was cancelled by the surgery whilst I was travelling to the actual appointment. Treatment is ok but accessing it isn't.

arrived ten minutes before my appointment time. at the appointment time the consultant arrives. then he has to get his system up and running, there is a problem - it has to be sorted. who is kept waiting - the patient. the patients time is just as important. also - it is wrong to say that the clinic has had so many missed appointments. that figure refers to all of your clinics, not just to st. Albans list them individually and then you might get some positive responses. thank you.

Was nice to talk to someone face to face after all this time. Need to get our Doctors back to Surgeries.

I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time when at the checkin it said ‘On time’ so don’t know why? However, the doctor I saw was so lovely and explained everything to me regarding my test results. I left happy and well informed.

I have long always had a good experience with this surgery but they have clearly made some improvements! I was seen quickly by a GP via phone and immediately sent off for urgent scans and tests . This was followed up with a thorough appointment with a GP who was simply brilliant! Also had a super experience with a lovely nurse at the Redbourn Medical centre , who gave my son and I some great advice on travel vaccines ! Well done all at The Lodge and Highfield Surgery !

Reception staff, very pleasant, very helpful. Very pleasant, very helpful. Was booked straight in very short way and went straight in to see the doctor.
