The Doctor was very thorough with the review and made a couple of adjustments to my prescription which I have been trying and seam to be making improvements to my condition.

Shortly after arriving at the time booked for my appointment the nurse called me and informed me that there had been a mistake by the surgery and somehow I had been double booked with another patient and she could not see me. She then informed me that she would contact me and let me know a new booking time. I then returned to my home address to await a call.

Face to face appointment, I did not have to wait more than a few minutes, GP helpful, knowledgable and professional. Completed the online form for me and referred me to an NHS audiologist. I was completely satisfied.

Having not seen a doctor for a very long time I found myself having two visits in a very short space of time and both were very satisfactory.

My time at the doctor's was not what it was supposed to be, I was there for a review but ended up breaking down in tears. I had a brief meeting with my well being consultant and she is now going to get me some more support because of what is going through my mind, everyone was really helpful.
