My experience seeing this doctor was very satisfactory. She is extremely caring, thorough, attentive and takes time required at all consultations. I feel extremely satisfied and reassured in her care

Telephone appointment was helpful and informative. Doctor listened and took onboard my suggestion. Would have preferred a smaller time frame. Two hours is a long time to hang around for a phone call especially when you are looking after grandchildren.

I had a very positive experience at the Lodge Surgery. The GP was very thorough and gave me the chance to ask all the questions I needed to ask. I felt listened to and did not feel rushed.

Brilliant service again from this practice. Had a long telephone call with a GP, she sorted out my problems and gave me a back dated sick mote for work. Receptionist was very good on both occasions.
