    Got a gp appointment very quickly, my problem was dealt efficiently and fast. Very happy with the doctor that I saw on the day.

    The Doctor I was given was extremely thorough and also explained in detail her findings I was happy with her decision on how to tread the issue

    Very efficient and effective patient care during my routine check up concerning ongoing condition and medication program. Medical team highly knowledgeable and professional. Thank you NHS!

    Following a recent bereavement, I was contacted by both a gp and an assistant and an appointment was made for me to see the gp to discuss how I was feeling and the services available to me should I need them. A follow up appointment was scheduled for next month. The appointment was not rushed and the gp showed both empathy and support. All in all a very proactive experience.

    I wish I could mention by name the nurse I saw for a routine check up as she is unfailingly charming and efficient. Although running a little late she was apologetic and quickly dealt with my results.

    My request for an urgent consultation was dealt with efficiently and even tied in to another scheduled visit so that I only had to make one trip. The receptionist was very helpful, the doctor dealt with my concerns and has moved issues forward. I visited the nurse for an injection which again was dealt with very professionally.

    The process of getting an appointment was smooth. I don’t particularly like having to use technology for triaging but I’m prepared to do it. The doctor I saw was excellent and did exactly what she said she’d do - a follow up text with advice came through later the same day. This was above what I expected, given how busy I know she must have been.

    As I couldn't make it to the surgery I had a nurse come in to see me, she was very helpful in every way. On discussions with this nurse I'm more enlightened with things that will help me.
