    It’s shocking I spoke to two doctors one the same day and neither of them were concerned about to pus filled sack on my 20 month old son! I had to take him to the hospital and the first thing a nurse said what it was and he had to have them drained straight away. If we had left it like the other doctors said at the Redbourn then my son could have lost his finger and thumb! It’s shocking what they put my son through on that day!

    The pharmacist rang me at the due time and discussed my tablets. She suggested a new tablet which I eventually agreed to. She seems like a caring person and gave me advice about things in the future.

    I was diagnosed with a health problem very quickly. The medical staff were efficient and acted quickly. Follow up appointments were offered and I felt that the doctors and nurses were proactively looking after my health.

    My telephone medication review was on time and the pharmacist was helpful in explaining issues and prompting questions. A resultant blood pressure questionnaire arrived within minutes of the review ending.

    I filled out an E consult on my NHS App in the evening and it was very easy to complete. I had a call the next day from a receptionist to say doctor would like to have telephone conversation and offered an appointment to have a chat. Doctor was very good and listen to me. She sent me a blood form by txt and I printed that off very easily. Getting my bloods done tomorrow so hopefully the results will be ok. Always very pleased with the service The Lodge Practice provides. Thank You

    I was asked to come in for a review of my medication. Very helpful Dr but she was not aware why I was there or the context. Not very joined up!!

    I needed to talk with a Gp regarding a fit note, couldn't fill the online form, staff were very helpful & understanding, went the extra mile on several occasions .

    Thorough examination and double checking with a more experienced colleague resolved my problem. I was referred for blood tests and will have a scan if needed.
