    Appointment arranged quickly and on the day on time. Procedure easy by well qualified nurse who went beyond task at hand by providing useful information relating to the condition involved.

    Very friendly and accommodating staff. Appointment swiftly arranged and solution reached. Medication prescribed and collected the following day. Caring efficient staff. Many thanks. 🥰

    I was rather disappointed with this consultation, particularly as the GP began by asking me what my problem was. The surgery had contacted me asking me to make an appointment following blood test results. The GP assumed I had no knowledge at all of my conditions or my health and told me nothing I didn’t already know. Apart from being a box ticking exercise it was useless. I had already seen all my results on the NHS app and been able to view each result’s history so it was obvious that my cholesterol levels have remained roughly the same for the last 3 years. Therefore in my opinion no need to increase statin dose. The GP was wedded to NICE guidelines so we had to agree to differ. No discussion of my health generally at all. From my point of view a complete waste of time, especially as the call was 45 minutes overdue and there was no apology forthcoming.

    The Dr listened to my comments and investigated thoroughly. She then recommended a course of action. A follow up appointment was arranged and this was equally fruitful. The service I received was flawless.

    I had an appointment last week. I go for a monthly appointment for my medication. They organise my appointment for me knowing I need it in advance. Which makes things so much easier for me. Unfortunately I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and I would've completely understood being turned away. However they still got me in to get my medication. Thank you lodge healthcare for supporting me as a now out of area patient. And helping me receive the healthcare I need. Much appreciated!

    Visited the surgery for first time in 10 years for blood tests yesterday and the nurse was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Absolute pleasure

    My appointment has cancelled due to Practitioner's sickness, of course this is fine as we are all human being. However, a) clinic should contact patient to re schedule, this not happened. b) I as patient had to follow up as not heard back, this is not right. It is a simple admin/ follow upto call cancelled appt patient & re schedule for suitable time. This is lack of admin & should be improve. Best wishes
