    I had to see a Doctor for a medication review. Went through all of it no problems thankfully, the doctor was kind very personal good communication skills.

    The nurse did her job expertly. She worked professionally and was helpful. Being able to have a blood test locally was beneficial.

    Always a good service , efficient & professional . The staff are friendly & helpful . I’d like to suggest an improvement to the call back service. Do you have a policy for call backs? I was called at 8.30am and was in the shower . I waited until 5.30pm for the call back . I was looking after grandchildren and felt it was so inconvenient to wait all day. Can I suggest you make a second call immediately following the first missed call to allow the patient to find phone , get out of shower, put children somewhere safe etc . I twice called back and the queue was 3 which could have been half an hour so just couldn’t hang on.

    My physio appointment has been cancelled twice in succession. Once while I was in the surgery waiting room for one said appointment. The second was directly following a text confirming my appointment. Even though the surgery is open on a Saturday for physio apparently there is no reception staffed so it falls again to me to go out of my way to rebook and again wait within a queue to receive the care my en consult and follow up call said was important for me to be seen … 3 weeks and counting. Unreliable service

    Easy to contact my gp through eConsuls, as I haven't seen my gp face to face for a long time, waiting wasn't so bad, very happy.

    Appointment came through quickly and seen promptly . The doctor listened to my worries and examined me. She then explained she would refer me for blood tests and a soft tissue scan.

    The rules/regulations prevented me from receiving the treatment I require as I’m just outside the criteria. I was advised to fund my own treatment.

    My experience is positive and very pleased with the consultation. I felt like this GP gives great care and attention which is hard to find in this busy world. My problems have been ongoing for many years and I had to request continuing help to resolve my ongoing issues that have had a deep impact on my life! The GP was very aware of my sensitive issues and has given me the much needed support going forward which is very important at my stage of life. An extremely rare and brilliant GP!

    I have seen the doctor twice in the last month with the same infection. Her questioning and attention to the details was excellent and I can not fault the service received. I left the surgery confident that my condition was being properly treated.
