Just to say that I was quickly seen and my questions were answered, an appointment was made for an ECG the next day which also went very efficiently, I had no complaints!

The doctor I saw today was patient, kind and thorough. She took time to explain my concerns and did her best to ensure that I received the best care. I was so pleased, I told her "you treated me from the heart". Thank you very much Doctor keep up your good work. You restored my believe in NHS.

Absolutely no complaints about the actual GP seen or the service they provided on the day. The same cannot be said for the overall experience of dealing with the surgery and trying to actually get an appointment to see the GP in the first place

Saw my regular doctor, she is very professional and caring. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she listens to what I have to say. Having a chronic condition with many different problems it is nice to have continuity of care, seeing the same doctor she understands what is going on and I do not have to explain everything each time I see her. She is a credit to the surgery.

Recently diagnosed with AF. Spoke to GP about continuing medication and was reassured that current meds OK but arranging blood tests to check no impact on kidneys. Also discussed knee issues & got positive response in that appointment for X-rays has already been arranged. It seems that if you get to speak directly to a GP service & response is very good.

Disappointing to see the doctor arrive into surgery 10minutes late for the start of my appointment. Then a further 5+ mins for her to prepare herself before I am called in. This was the first appointment of the day, it leaves no hope for you to run on time if you are 15mins late with the first appointment of the day. The consultation was very good I have no issue there.

A rare experience for me - blood extraction with no discomfort and no bruising - thank you Redbourn nurse. No more painful visits to St Albans hospital for me.
