    Can’t speak highly enough about the doctor dealing with my issues. Very helpful,thorough and informative. After my tests she rang me to give me the results. Wonderful service/just like the old days.

    I have no complaints with the overall service that I receive. It is sometimes difficult to get through on the phone but when I get through they are very helpful and efficient. The callback system does work well although it is very longwinded to complete the initial form required to book an appointment.

    I was called on time of my appointment. The nurse was courteous and friendly. I can't believe that I had no after effects - no discomfort or any mark of the vaccine action. She has a gentle touch.

    My medication gets messed up every time even though it’s on my repeat prescription. And in order to get an increase in dose I have to now speak to a psychiatrist for this to happen. So why did I need to speak to a doctor at all? Surely the e consult explained what I wanted and instead of asking me lots of questions about my life what use is this information to this man who clearly can not put it up? Should have explained that at the beginning and maybe I would believe the NHS has my back at all. I don’t feel the NHS has done enough to help with my mental/ physical health health and to be honest I have no hope or no belief in this system I feel as if the whole system is out to get me and I don’t even want to tell doctors I have problems because nothing ever happens. I don’t have any trust in anyone all professionals have let me down up to this point in my opinion. I can’t even access nothing on NHS app the whole thing is a joke.

    I had a F2F appoinment at the Lodge Surgery in December 2024 that had been arranged by a very helpful receptionist.. The doctor I saw was extremely helpful, showing me on-screen diagrams and explaining everthing about my problem. He was able to answer all my questions and reassured me that my problem was nothing to worry about. He sent me for blood tests to ensure that there was nothing that he could not detect through his examination and he also sent me two texts with links to online web sites where I could find more information. All in all I was very pleased and satisfied with my visit to the surgery and the treatment I received. I would like to give the doctors name here but I am restricted on this site. I will certainly request to see him the next time I have to visit the surgery.

    On 28.12.24 after banging my head against a brick wall for months I got a diagnosis and explanation about arthritis in my left foot. Treatment is following soon. Relief!

    I had a ECG and Lung test yesterday and both were carried out with great efficacy and the minimum of fuss. I had a follow up call from my doctor today to give me the results prior to my next appointment with her next week which stopped me worrying.

    Very difficult to get an appointment, the online forms are not always relevant to your query. And took 12 days for an appointment. When you are unwell, you don’t need to wait 12 days. Very disappointed in this particular appointment.
