    I visited the nurse as I felt my ears needed to have wax removed. I had been oiling my ears but after InvestIgating the nurse felt that I should continue to wax and my earsister should clear. A satisfactory diagnosis .

    I left a query re medication on Sunday 29 Dec and really didn’t expect a reply until after the New Year. I was phoned by the surgery at 9 am and spoke to a Dr at 2 pm. Very thorough phone consultation and answered all my queries. Thank you for your prompt reply and understanding

    I had a telephone consultation with the Lodge health partnership in December and was highly impressed. The process was smooth, and the doctor was professional, patient, and attentive. They carefully listened to my concerns, explained the diagnosis clearly, and provided a detailed plan of action. Despite being remote, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. This efficient and compassionate service resolved my concerns and reinforced my trust in the NHS. Thank you for your dedication and high-quality care.

    Firsty appointment was on time. Importantly the doctor had my file ready to speak about the content of the meeting. Good advice. I am now expecting a follow up within 2 weeks.

    Called in regarding R V S vaccine, as I understood a person of my age should be vaccinated. Appointment given for next day. Only a couple of minutes behind appointment time, in and out quickly and injection painless. Could not be bettered anywhere

    I have had issues with depression and needed guidance from the practice on how to combat the feeling of self doubt. The GP I spoke to was able to reassure me as I work towards finding a solution to my depression. He listened and offered advice on how to proceed and also noted that a follow up appointment would be scheduled to monitor my condition.
