    I had an e c g on Tuesday 11th Dec. The nurse was excellent and I was comfortable with the procedure. In the afternoon I had a text from the Doctor with the next step.

    The nurse was very kind and caring and listened to my daughter and what wanted. She felt heard and the nurse was really kind and nice to her. I am doing this review for my daughter as my daughter has additional needs and she asked me to do it for her.

    Referred by my GP to a "Connect UK MSK" physiotherapist who said he would arrange for me to have an x-ray and that I would receive a letter of confirmation with appointment date and time. Two weeks later, nothing received. Disappointing.

    The GP i saw was very helpful. I felt she listened to me and my problem and gave genuine help to what i needed. I didn't feel rushed and a follow up was given.

    Routine blood tests. As always, the nurse who carried out the procedure was efficient and friendly, which invariably puts one at ease.
