    The GP was very thorough and took time to explain in simple terms the diagnosis. He was very reassuring.

    I was instructed to attend here for a blood test. I checked in on the self check in touch screen. After 40 minutes i had still not been called. I went to reception to see if there was a problem. I was told that while i had checked in on the self check board it had not been recorded that i was there!!! The receptionist then booked me in again. I was then called by the nurse for my blood test. The nurse was very polite and apologised to me. The blood test was very quick and professional and i left having been at the surgery for an hour.

    Surgery nurse carried out my NHS Health Review. She was thoroughly professional, very helpful and displayed genuine patient empathy. Overall an excellent experience.

    Arrived 10 mins before appointment and was called straight in. All done in 15 mins. Parking not a problem.

    Saw Dr on Saturday afternoon at Lodge surgery. Amazing doctor He listened throughly, no rushing at all,, checked history, discuss every thing ,examined and offered the next step.

    A second visit in a week for results. Seen quickly, and explained outcomes very weak and with care. Forward plan put in place which I am happy with.

    I was asked to make an appointment for medication review but had to tell doctor that this was why I had booked the appointment. She was obviously anxious to make the call as brief as possible and only discussed having blood tests - no question of her asking about my health I mentioned that previous blood tests had been shortly after the death of my husband when I was extremely stressed but she made no comment and did not express sympathy or ask me how I'm coping. It was altogether a depressing experience

    I requested a repeat prescription from the Surgery, a friendly member of staff rang me and said that a GP would call me within a 2 hour time slot. I spoke to the doctor and he was knowledgeable polite and caring. Overall a great experience.
