I had spinal surgery two weeks ago and was asked to make an appointment to get a wound assessment and to have wound re dressed .

The practice was busy but I didn’t wait long to see the doctor. The doctor I saw was very attentive. This doctor listens and gives good advice on your symptoms and she follows through. Thank you

Had an asthma review. The nurse was very good. I was late but she still saw me and give me some useful advise regarding month after care when using my inhalers. Overall, my experiences with doctors, receptionists and nurses have been good. When I have used econsult, I normally received prompt calls from the GP or receptionist. Thank you for the care you have given over the 10 years I have been a patient.

I had been in for ongoing lower stomach pain. Scan request was lost and wasn’t actioned until I chased three times. Had to ask at each step for pain medication to help the pain while I waited to try and get answers as to what was going on. Refused ovarian bloods, as I had had them six months before and then when nothing obvious came back, referred on to a three month wait list. At every appointment asked if I wanted to go on anti depressants, which isn’t actually looking to solve the problem it’s just putting a bad aid on it.

I recently booked a GP appointment at The Lodge Health Partnership in St Albans and was extremely pleased with the service. The doctor who attended to me was highly knowledgeable, professional, and approachable, providing excellent advice. I was truly delighted with the overall experience and the quality of care I received. Thank you!

Thorough and efficient. Arrangements for blood tests both specific and routine were made. Also offered vaccination for respiratory virus which I accepted

The report which the Doctor copied to me was a very accurate reflection of my appointment. I was reassured by her advice not to increase the strength of my pain killers. I welcomed the copy of the report given that my memory is not what it was. In fact I thought she was excellent!
