The staff went ‘over and above’ to make sure I got the treatment I needed. In my particular case he didn’t have to, as I wasn’t a registered patient at the practice but I was very impressed with the helpfulness and understanding of the receptionist and Dr.

i was seen on time. the nurse was very pleasant, she made sure to explain everything. i was also given all that i needed for my next blood/urine test.

The Doctor was very thorough with me and she thinks outside the box..but all the while attending to me with the upmost sympathy too.

GP gave me sufficient time to discuss my medical issue. He listened and prescribed medication. And referred me for further diagnosis.

I was seen by the practice nurse for a routine appointment and the nurse made two further appointments for me to bring me up to date with all my medical reviews.
