Whist trying to obtain a patent summary to assist with a disability application,I was told this wasn’t possible as they have no secretarial staff onsite . Trying to get help for my elderly parents from this practice is becoming frustrating and impossible. Unfortunately the doctors and other professionals are made inaccessible to anyone who doesn’t have access to the internet.The very people who are in need of care and support

Both at the start and during my procedure both dr and nurse kept me informed as to how my procedure was going which helped with keeping me at ease.Also I would like to say thanks for the speedy reaction between my 1st & 2nd appointments...Many thanks.

I saw Dr Anand today and I wanted to say how wonderful she is. She was so kind and understanding and took time to talk to me about my problems and management of them. Truly an angel. Thank you Dr Anand.

Forced to use on-line services which are really user unfrienly!!! Pointless trying to use the phone. Requested change of medication, for on on-going i.e.. known condition. Got a responce to book a blood test (2.5 weeks was the earliest)!!! Had blood test, got three sms messages, asking for a review, advising of cholesterol levels, advising NHS app. That's it, no further action required! So after 4 weeks, my original request has gone unanswered, I'm still in pain & getting frustrated with the rubbish NHS & Anima services.

I have just returned from the practice after having a minor surgical procedure (mole removal) onsite. I was not aware that the practice offered this until one of the nurses mentioned it to me. My appointment came through really quickly so meant no long hospital wait or travelling. I can’t praise the service enough. The surgeon explained the procedure fully & was very helpful and friendly, as was the nurse who put me at ease throughout. I was worried about having it done but needn’t have as I never felt a thing. I definitely recommend this facility & so glad I was told about it. Thank you to the surgeon & nurse.

I had a cyst removed today at The Oaks surgery and the GP and nurse went above and beyond to put me at ease by explaining everything beforehand and continuing to tell me how it was going throughout the procedure. I have no hesitation in recommending the minor surgery clinic along with The Oaks generally. Thankyou

I had a problem with my husband's medication, came into reception and spoke to the receptionist (who was also very helpful). A lady (from prescribing) came out to talk to me, and spent time sorting everything out. Tablets are now in my possession, and I can look forward to a stress-free weekend!

I recently moved house and transferred to The Oaks Medical Centre. I was nervous because I had a wonderful previous GP surgery. I got caught up in the chaos of moving house, as you do, and realised I hadn't set up my repeat prescriptions and only had a couple of days left before I would run out. I submitted a prescription request through the "Anima" service (which I haven't seen before) and was able to detail what I needed and why I used those medications. The auto-reply said it could take a couple of working days for a response. I was amazed when I had a message barely half an hour later to confirm all of my prescriptions. One of them had been missed off accidentally so I submitted another request and it was only about 10 minutes before one of the GPs texted me directly to apologise for missing it and to confirm it was now prescribed. My first impression of The Oaks Medical Centre is overwhelmingly positive and I feel in safe hands already. As a doctor myself I can find it hard to find time to call a surgery during working hours so this service will be a blessing.

Everything and everyone at this surgery go above and beyond to sort your every needs out my husband and myself can not speak highly enough about them the receptionist the nurses and doctors are brilliant I saw a doctor last Tuesday and she was very helpful and kind many thanks to you all
