Honestly the quality of care at the surgery is top class. I m not a surgery addict but each time I had to contact them or needed to see some nurses they were ever so friendly. Just had my shingle jab this morning with the nurse . She is.. Brilliant. Absolutely top. Friendly, fun, really cool, and very reassuring and compassionate. Same with the diabetic nurse, there again extremely friendly, caring, compassionate and really warm and easy to talk you.. same experience with the pharmacist who took time to explain me how to take my medications and then I filled an e consult, the doctor that rang me was a bliss. I swear I could have given her a hug. So compassionate and concerned about my well being.. 👍👍👍. Because I have anxiety attacks and lonely, it is important for me to be listened to and reassured. That really helps. And all your team is, in my books, absolutely spot on. I can't thank you all enough for looking after me ... 😘❤️

I did not have the need to see the doctor recently but I was happy with the care I received from the nurse. She was professional, caring and efficient. Based on this I would recommend this practice.

Am highly grateful that the surgery offered me a Saturday appointment for my health check. As my work is Mon-Fri and surgery appointments are only available have to compromise between Health and work and can't check for getting any help during the week . Happy that things are now working better and many like me will be able to receive help on weekends if they continue to support as patients are increasing and to cope with the rush extra hours do help the community.

Although I do understand non attendance for appointments generally is a major problem, I do find 3 phone calls to confirm I am attending an appointment a bit excessive. Especially annoying when it’s really difficult to get a actual Doctors appointment.

Staff helped me with my appointment as I forgot to register when I went to surgery but they knew I was there and also helped me with my car parking.

I had an appointment which I was dreading but the Nurse put me at ease and it was over in a flash. She was very calm and professional. Very handy to be able to have an appointment at the weekend too.
