Went for my smear the nurse was lovely and caring. I checked in and got seen earlier then my appointment, checked my medical history and proceeded with the test.

Orchard Surgery has great staff who always try to help and care in times that are sometimes very difficult. Saw one of the nurses yesterday who was as always vey professional, knowledgeable and supportive. She was also full of good advice too.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to lead diabetic nurse, the diabetic nurse at Orchid Surgery, for the exceptional care and support she has provided. She has been more helpful than any GP I’ve dealt with in the past 24 months. The Lead diabetic nurse truly understands my needs, taking the time to conduct a thorough health check and offering a level of care that goes above and beyond. Her people skills are second to none, making me feel heard, valued, and supported in a way I haven’t experienced before. For the first time in a long while, I feel confident that I have someone who genuinely wants the best for me and will actively help me manage my condition effectively. I have no doubt that she provides this same outstanding level of care to all her patients. Orchid Surgery is incredibly fortunate to have such a compassionate and dedicated professional on their team. Thank you, for making a real difference!

Honestly the quality of care at the surgery is top class. I m not a surgery addict but each time I had to contact them or needed to see some nurses they were ever so friendly. Just had my shingle jab this morning with the nurse . She is.. Brilliant. Absolutely top. Friendly, fun, really cool, and very reassuring and compassionate. Same with the diabetic nurse, there again extremely friendly, caring, compassionate and really warm and easy to talk you.. same experience with the pharmacist who took time to explain me how to take my medications and then I filled an e consult, the doctor that rang me was a bliss. I swear I could have given her a hug. So compassionate and concerned about my well being.. 👍👍👍. Because I have anxiety attacks and lonely, it is important for me to be listened to and reassured. That really helps. And all your team is, in my books, absolutely spot on. I can't thank you all enough for looking after me ... 😘❤️

I did not have the need to see the doctor recently but I was happy with the care I received from the nurse. She was professional, caring and efficient. Based on this I would recommend this practice.

Am highly grateful that the surgery offered me a Saturday appointment for my health check. As my work is Mon-Fri and surgery appointments are only available have to compromise between Health and work and can't check for getting any help during the week . Happy that things are now working better and many like me will be able to receive help on weekends if they continue to support as patients are increasing and to cope with the rush extra hours do help the community.

Although I do understand non attendance for appointments generally is a major problem, I do find 3 phone calls to confirm I am attending an appointment a bit excessive. Especially annoying when it’s really difficult to get a actual Doctors appointment.
