Staff helped me with my appointment as I forgot to register when I went to surgery but they knew I was there and also helped me with my car parking.

I had an appointment which I was dreading but the Nurse put me at ease and it was over in a flash. She was very calm and professional. Very handy to be able to have an appointment at the weekend too.

The MSK that administered my steroid injection was very professional in his work ethics. He administered my other knee about 2 years ago so I was fully aware that he would do a wonderful job. In fact he knew I was very nervous as I don’t like needles however he made me feel at ease. He explained future care & gave me great advice.

I spoke to someone on the phone after they had received an Email from me. It was explained to me that I would have to go down another route which would cause me further delays. Not long after I got off the phone, the woman who called me called me back. She had arranged an appointment with the GP for tomorrow. I was so pleased and reassured. I was in a car accident 1 week ago and with not being well and having to deal with other stresses I was extremely grateful. I know we can not leave names, however I hope she is recognised for this. She went out of her way to help me, amazing service from her side. Thank you

Was contacted by Reception Staff yesterday. Attended appointment today & arrived early. Seen before time & out before stated appointment time!
