Prompt and great service having my blood taken , didn't have to wait as long , and it was a Saturday appointment which I confirmed my appointment

Didn’t have to wait for my appointment. Very pleasant nurse took my blood. Explained what they would test for. Helped me to feel relaxed. Great.

We needed prescription medicines for both my wife and myself ahead of normal dispensing dates as we are due to travel on vacation. The receptionists tried their best to accommodate our request and also suggested calling the following morning and getting an appointment. This we did, got an appointment with the doctor who was kind enough to send our prescriptions to our regular Pharmacy. Thank you Orchard Surgery.

I am always very happy with response from surgery. Helpful and reassuring when we needed it. Always at the end of the phoneline,or e consult which is good.

Nurse was fantastic today took blood test, flu vaccine and blood pressure really well. The Dr's and nurses and reception staff are excellent

Thorough procedure with Nurse! Good advice given for moving forward to maintain healthy balance and take regulate blood pressure tests ! Also to bill for Shingles vaccine asap

My elderly mother visited the Orchard Surgery this morning. She had some blood taken to check her diabetes. The nurse was very kind and showed extra care. She explained the procedure to my mother , had great communication skills.

I’m so pleased I could access physiotherapy at my surgery. The physiotherapist was excellent - very caring, good identification of the problem and helpful treatment. Just need to continue with exercises now.

The specialist was very good - had look at back issue and gave the root cause - texted over excercises to try for the next 6 weeks eradicate root cause - pain killers to be collected from chemist Recommend if no improvement to see physio Very efficient service

Flu and Covid jabs appointments well organised. I haven't used other services lately. A little unhappy during lockdown due to being unable to see doctors face to face, even after restrictions were lifted...I am deaf and masks are very difficult for lipreading. We need more doctors and medical staff!
