I went for a ECG at the doctors. I got the results back there and then.i was concerned about some moles. I received a phone call the next day to arrange an appointment to see a dermatologist.some of my blood results came back the following day. Everything was done prompt and efficient.

Just wanted to highlight how helpful Dr Vaidya has been for me and my son, nothing was too much trouble which has meant that I now have the medication I need and my son has been given a referral for his treatment, all within a matter of hours and no questioning as she could see why we’d need it. Makes the whole experience a lot less stressful. Well done Dr Vaidya

A most professional, excellent and empathic service was provided by the on site physiotherapist. He was actively listening & engaging in productive conversation. He was clear with his questions, instructions & explanations. He allowed me sufficient time to give responses. The physiotherapists overall communication skills were excellent. His reassuring professionalism helped me to maintain my calm when he recommended that I need to present myself at A&E. Well done NHS.

I would like to thank the staff team at the park medical Centre for theIr kind support. In particular, I would like to thank the young doctor whose surgery I attended on Friday the 21st of February, for his conscientious approach to my illness and for his support in gaining test and services that will eliminate any life-threatening causes and support me to control my illness. I was due a phone call this morning. I was given a 2 hour timeslot. I felt this was ridiculous, why not an actual time. It has never been like this before. The times lot was between 7.15 and 9.15. I got up at 7 and never received the call until 9.40. At least if you have to give a times lot, at least keep to it. Not impressed.

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, I would like to apologise for the service you received on this occasion, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. We are aware of the two hour time slots that are given on the automatic reminders for telephone appointments, and we have requested for the provider to amend this, especially for early morning appointments. I have now added a note to the appointment reminder SMS to state our telephone appointments are either AM or PM, and that the time window is not always accurate. This is until our provider can make changes to the 2 hour time window. I have also requested all clinicians to aim to call the patient as close to the appointment time as possible. The GP has been extremely supportive of my complex health needs. The appointment was adapted to meet my needs ( offering me my first choice which is a telephone appointment). At my appointment the GP took the time to explain everything clearly and included me in addressing my issues whilst using her medical knowledge to ensure I get the follow-up support and treatment I need. I believe that the GP went above and beyond her job requirements to ensure I received the best support available and that she genuinely cared about my wellbeing. Thanks so much it is really appreciated.

It has been a great practice before Govin 19. However, system has changed. We used to get doctors regularly for face to face visits. But nowadays it’s like a premium. One cannot make an appointment through the reception unless you do it on internet. But we older people have problems through internet.Half the time mine doesn’t work and it was hacked recently. It took me a while before it could be restored. But I had a very good reception at the surgery for my ECG and blood tests. All were positive. And helpful. Cheers 🌹🌹

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. Feedback from patients is really important and allows us to improve the service we provide. We are glad your recent appointment was positive. In regards to accessing appointments, I would like to apologise that it has been difficult at times. For patients who struggle to access the internet, we do have a number of options available. The first option is to come in to reception and complete a paper medical request form. Alternatively, if you give reception a call they will be happy to complete the online form on your behalf over the phone. All GP appointments are triaged by the GP Partners first which has allowed us to accept more requests from patients. I have reminded the team that we need to support patients who are unable to access the internet, and this must never be a barrier to accessing the care you need. While we advise patients to use the online requests, we know it is not always suitable. I have added a note to your record to remind staff to support with the medical request form if needed. I was poorly over Christmas, and by New Year l was not feeling better, called the surgery, l was spoken to by the receptionist who was so pleasant and helpful, messaged me back with an appointment that day, and was checked over very thoroughly by the doctor, l could not have received better treatment more professionally, thank you so much Park Medical .

I had a timely telephone appointment with an experienced and well established member of the GP team. The conversation was professional and productive and I was confident with the doctor listening to my concerns. I was satisfied with the advice and suggestions made by the GP. That was a prompt online link forwarded to my messages as well as an appointment made with another medical professional time and date was also given. Pleased with the service. Thank you
