Today I used the NHS app to contact my GP. I was amazed by the speed which they responded an put my mind at ease - excellent service, thank you.

Today I had blood work done-completely painlessly and then saw my GP. He explained clearly what my current health position is and what further measures need to be taken. He answered my questions and outlined further diagnostic tests to be done. I felt that whatever needed to be done was effectively in the pipeline. I was reassured by my visit.

Prescription review with a clinical pharmacist from the Park Surgery (via a telephone call, organised through the surgery’s diabetic nurse.) The pharmacist kindly listened to my concerns over my medication, and then went on to politely explain in detail the effectiveness of each item, and further explained the results of my past bloods and urine tests (in easy layman’s terms.) The resulting cancellation of two items on my repeat prescription was effected immediately as we spoke. The pharmacy as well as its receptionists are a credit to the Park Surgery. Yours Aye.

For once in a long tome have been very happy with the service I have received today. Prompt response to my e-consultation and then offered an appointment same afternoon. Certainly makes a change from some of my past experiences, even though I absolutely hate putting on line my symptoms and problems, not an easy ask. But today well done Park

The Dr was very efficient and I rang for an appointment at 8 o'clock and my call was returned within 10 minutes and I was given an appointment at 10-15 the same morning at the nafferton surgery.

I had begun to get some serious symptoms related to my stomach & bowel. Once a request was submitted, I was seen quickly & examined by a G.P. who referred me for a C.T. scan & Colonoscopy. The G.P. I have been seeing is kind, thorough & reassuring. The receptionists are all very pleasant & helpful as well. I am new to the practice and so far I would recommend Park Surgery. Thanks to all of you !

To get the appt was difficult, as initially you wanted to give me a pharmacist appt which would not have helped. GP was thorough and helpful and I ended up with an a&e visit as heart rate was very low. Considering my medical history it seems disappointing that a GP appt was not initially offered but only given when I insisted, which turned out to be the correct decision as I needed urgent care.
