My experience with the GP over the past 2 months has been very positive. Doctors and staff all showed empathy to my situation and are very caring. I have been suffering with a cough and chest infection for the past 2 months, the Drs were considerate of both the physical and mental impact this has had on my life by listening very carefully and reassuring me. They provided help for both the physical and mental aspect.

Patches request are responded to promptly and I am able to get support whether routine or emergency. In my experience the concerns raised have been checked thoroughly and I am listened to and supported. They always take the time to see my children and provide reassurance and advice/treatment. I’ve had good experiences with all 3 doctors at the surgery which means I have no preference when booking but I want to give a special thanks to my doctor for my most recent visit

In a time where many doctors surgeries often come in for harsh criticism regarding patient waiting times for appts at surgeries across the country and in some cases a breakdown in relationships between doctors and their patients Pine Medical Centre is certainly an exception to that statement. Having previously had a generally overall good experience with the surgery recent events have triggered this review. I write regarding the quick thinking and patient understanding of one of the Care Navigators at the surgery. After taking a call from an elderly relative of mine they immediately identified that she was classed as vulnerable and they noticed that something could be wrong, I was instantly contacted and made aware of the situation and was able to act immediately to obtain help and avoid any further distress. Without the actions of the Care Navigator the outcome could have become very worrying. Thank you once again to the Pine Medical Centre and especially the Care Navigator, it’s so comforting to know that your with a surgery who really do care about their patients.

I have been registered at this practice for many years, the staff are polite, helpful and understanding to your needs. Appointments are available at short notice and the doctors and nurse are amazing.

Very reassuring staff, welcoming and helpful especially when I'm anxious. As well as myself my husband and daughter have been treated in the last 2 years and we are very grateful for the continuous support received.

Have been patient at the Pine Medical Centre for many years and the service has not always met expectations. But in the last year or so, I have noticed a significant improvement in the overall service. The front line staff are lot more friendly and approachable. They seem to have really stepped up in their attitude and care. The management also seems more engaged with patient needs and are easier to contact to address issues. In house pharmacist has become a great addition in my opinion with good professional services provided. Also, the nurse, podiatrist and blood testing are add on services provided by professionals with great attitude towards the patients. There are obviously still issues. Seeing a particular GP that you know is not easy or quick. Delays in other areas like referrals tend to get caught in beurocracy and get delayed. Hopefully there will be continuous development on top of the significant recent improvement in overall service.

I have only been registered with them for 5 months and I had nothing but kindness from all of them, from receptionists to GP and nurses. I have multiple conditions and all has been monitored closely, they always managed to find a time for me to see the GP. I truly am grateful.
