had an issue with a repeat prescription that originated in the hospital as my file was not updated online. The problem was resolved efficiently by the admin staff.

When I call for my health issues they always help me to get right treatment and appointment. The medication and blood tests all done in time.i appreciate their help and support what they do for me and to the people who are in need of medical attention. I thank you.

I have been a patient of the practice @188 since 1985. My last visit to the practice happened in the last one week and was not related to any medical issue but to a bureaucratic requirement that I had to comply with relating to my late husband -who’d also been a patient at 188. Having only the photocopy of the handwritten medical note from ten years ago by dr g - now retired - which stated he’d died I urgently needed digital confirmation from dr g of the authenticity of that note. I explained my request to a staff member, r and of how urgent it was. R emailed dr g with a scan of the photocopy I had and by the same evening of last Friday r confirmed that dr g had responded with agreement to do it. After the weekend on Monday it was another staff member r who after speaking with r from Friday followed up with dr g who was abroad to send the confirmation. By Monday lunchtime I had received dr g’s confirmation to my very great relief. I am most grateful to dr g, for allowing me to disturb her, and to the two staff members, r and r at 188 for acting so speedily and in such a calm and efficient way to help me obtain the required confirmation. I was then able to submit the document successfully. Once again I want to thank dr g, r and r in helping me deal with this non-medical matter and bring it to a good conclusion without delay. I would certainly recommend the practice@188 for its excellent service to anyone requiring a gp and wish the practice every success in all their endeavours.

Great service always able to help as soon as they can. I am having a pain in my pelvic so dr arrange quick scan and find my problem and solve it really great full for that.

The surgery gave a telephone doctors appointment and followed it up after 3days with a face to face and physical examination and the doctor was very professional, deligent and reassuring and followed all the right procedures and has referred me for further examination to diagnose what is going on with me. Excellent doctors services for female doctor, Dr Hussain.

My last visit to the surgery, was over the phone, the GP was extremely professional and helpful. Also the lady in receptionist was extremely nice , she communicate to me regarding my referral and also my new medication

I had the pleasure of being treated and I can't express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional care.
