I have recently spoken to several staff including the Pharmacist, a locum GP and one of the Reception staff. All were extremely professional, helpful and informative. Just as importantly they took the time to listen. Thank you.

I have been registered with the Ridgeway Surgery for many years and have always received an excellent service. We all know how under pressure the NHS is but I can honestly say I am continually impressed and grateful for the support the doctors, nurses and receptionists all provide. From the regular and fairly mundane requests to dealing with more serious health issues. Ashley Gibbins

I've always had a bad experience with this surgery and always held up on getting treatment cause I didn't want want the stress of booking and never getting an app. However, this time its was quick to get seen. The phone line is a bit better and let's you know where you are on the call. The receptionist picked up straight away and didn't really dive into asking what's wrong/symptoms, they just offered me an appointment for the same day! It blew me away, felt like I won the GP lottery. Anyway,the doctor wasn't rushing me like they have done in the past. I got a quick referral to Whipps and they emailed me a copy of the letter the same day! That's what I call being efficient. 4 days later the hospital even rang and offered me a same day app. Amazing. Please keep up the good work, what ever your doing is working. Don't let standards drop its the best I've ever known it to be.

I was seen on time by a fabulous Doctor who's name I don't think I'm allowed to mention (which is a shame) but she was fabulous. Thank you to all the staff and the receptionist, I called at 8am and was seen at 10.10am on the same day. Brilliant!

The Receptionist showed extreme patience and understanding at a time when I was very stressed and worried. A calming influence with can do actions.

Just spoke to reception they were extremely helpful and accurate. I appreciate there very hard work as I notice they are under pressure there but they always try their best and are very successful
