I had a problem and the receptionist was very helpful and got me an appointment straight away. Doctor was kind and reassuring. Everyone at this practice puts the patient first. I have no hesitation in recommending them, from the doctors, receptionists, phlebotomist and nurses, they are all respectful, friendly and kind

I phoned for an appointment at 8.20 a.m. I was seen at 9.a.m. and home by 9.20 a.m. Everyone at the Shrubberies, from the doctors to the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacist, Phlebotomist, Receptionists and Practice Manager, is warm, caring, professional and accessible. My wife and I could not commend this Practice more highly. Quite simply patients always come first. The very best of NHS GP practices. Stuart & Sylvia Kuttner

Was lovely to chat to the doctor She was particularly empathetic and through. Also she was approachable and seemed like she cared. Was also a true professional and yet showed kindness.

Had an urgent query and the receptionist was very helpful and made sure the doctor rang me as soon as possible. I always find this surgery to be most helpful and the GP’s are very nice.

Lovely friendly welcome from the Reception staff I was booked in for a "health check " and was slightly anxious as "healthy" is not a word I would use to describe myself! The doctor had such a friendly manner whilst also maintaining a professional presence Obviously there were issues that needed discussing but I didn't feel that I was being lectured Personally I find this approach works far better for me and I am far more likely to follow the advice

Excellent Doctors and physio. Helpful and informative. Went to young Physio today, she located the problem and gave me some fantastic exercises, that work 👍🏼

I saw a doctor on Wednesday morning and by Friday afternoon, I had received a call from the hospital to set up an appointment. Very quick service which doesn't normally happen with the NHS these days!
