    The staff were very welcoming and doctor was very attentative. The doctor took time to understand and was very clear on the diagnosis.

    Received a txt via doctor regarding medication.. it’s clear my notes were not read too well.. I would have appreciated if doctor understood why I requested what I did and understood that I’ve been advised by other medical professionals to keep taking my medication to help alleviate the symptoms. Also a telephone conversation would have been a better option than a text.

    I’m an 81 year old and have been with the practice for my whole life. The practice has recently introduced a computer based appointment system. I am not computer literate or have access to a computer system so I cannot book an appointment this way. It waa a real battle recently to book an appointment and I had to complete a form which I believe will be the norm going forward. I felt uncomfortable answering some questions to the Receptionist as they were of a private nature. As I was unable to book on the computer system I was offered an appointment three weeks later. I appreciate it may be a good fit for some people but it is not for me. I expect to be able to call and book an appointment and see a doctor in a timely manner. Service of late is really poor and you must consider the patient’s needs.

    Booked an inperson appointment (filtered it) with a GP at 11:10 for today so I could leave work to attend. Arrive at the gp surgery to see the gp I was meant to be seeing behind reception for over five minutes before he went back to his room. The girl at reception says my appointment was a call back - it wasn’t I filtered it and there was no stupid phone symbol next to the appointment before I booked it - but she would message the docotor. I then get called back to reception and am told the docotr will not see me because he phoned three times in the morning and I didnt answer - god forbid I have a job. I’ve now got to wait another week to have a phone appointment at some point between 2 and 5 because the times the online system give are just placeholders. Joke of a surgery.

    I was very unhappy with the service I received from the receptionist at the time of the call who said she would ring me back if appointment came up.I must say she did keep her word and rang me back

    Had surgery for a inguineal hernia wednesday tried to ring practice 8.00am no 30 in que at the end didn’t help said it was full tried to explain pain in stomach and said try 111 that says walk in centre can’t even sit upright yet so left in pain over the weekend till Monday no one cares

We are currently experiencing increased demand on our telephone lines, which has resulted in longer wait times. Our patient services team has been working very hard to answer calls under the additional pressure. However, I recognise that difficulties in accessing the Practice can be extremely frustrating for our patients and I apologise unreservedly for any upset or inconvenience.     I've called at 8 o'clock for 3 days in a row to try to get a telephone appointment. Waiting in the phone for between 45 minutes and an hour to be told there are no appointments left. Poor access! Not able to book non urgent appointments in advance.

    Dear Sarah I recognise that difficulties in accessing the Practice can be extremely frustrating for our patients and I apologise unreservedly for any upset or inconvenience. Unfortunately we only have a limited number of appointments to offer patients on a daily basis and are unable to exceed this capacity. In this circumstance you may be directed to an alternate service such as a walk in centre or NHS 111. Please be assured that our clinicians are working to their full capacity and the Practice sees as many patients as it is safe to do so.     Tried to book an appointment was told to call at 8am or if I wanted a face to face then go to surgery at 8am was second person in queue to be told only telephone anytime after 9:30am why can’t a face to face appointment be given my son has been suffering with his skin for a long time always unable to get an appointment I have had to pull him out of school again today and am still waiting for call which I was promised 9:30am. Staff are rude only care about there false eyelashes speak to patients like something on the bottom of there shoe no respect

    I called and was 4th in the queue. Held for 37 minutes. Call was answered and cut off by call handler. I had been asked to call to book a medication review. Is there only 1 person answering the calls? Not an acceptable wait time and not acceptable to be cut off by the very people who have asked you to call. Abysmal service and getting worse every time.
