The appointment for my recent Flu jab was easy to arrange and was given at the appointment time without waiting. Very friendly staff.

I came here on 7th October for my prearranged flu jab. The Receptionist was friendly and polite. I had a short wait before I was called through to receive my jab from my Doctor which was quickly and efficiently done and I was outside after a total of only 10 minutes from my arrival.

Phone reception today was very professional kind and understands sorted 2 issues I had very well spoken and helpfull and polite .well done reception team .

Went for Flu jab the procedure was carried out on time and I was treated with respect and pleasantness by all the staff I encountered

I'm an anxious patient when visiting the GP, which is not often. Was reasonably easy to get an appointment today. Short wait, GP introduced himsekf by first name. Listened and made me feel cared for. Blood test immediately by another very good health professional.

I have a therapist helping me and I am not doing so well at the moment, she suggested making appointment with doctors, she could send them review and they were obligated to get in touch to encourage me to make an appointment, they actually rang on the same afternoon and advised me to call at 8am tomorrow & can arrange a phone appointment to review my medication, I was very impressed all dealt with so promptly
