I gave a blood sample for PSA test to be carried out.The practice nurse who carried out the procedure was quick and efficient in her work.Any action taken by the practice following receipt of results will determine my level of satisfaction overall

Appointment dealt with on time, practise nurse was efficient and friendly giving helpful advice. The waiting area and treatment room was very clean and tidy.

.Last visit for diabetics with nurse conducted with confidence and reassurance I talked about the problem also nail problem and dry skin on feet have bought cream for feet and have treatment for my toe nails .

My 7 year girl with temp and water leaking from head waiting for call back 3 week. We use walking centre and hospital. After 3 weeks they call to book appointment for next week that it’s joke. Don't use them. Place like this shouldn’t exist.

On time, efficient, excellent service, couldn’t wish for better care. The surgery is clean, plenty of seating, receptionist are keen to help.

The nurses and reception staff are excellent, the doctors, however, seem to be nothing more than glorified middlemen. The last three times I have attended I have been told that they need to refer me and that waiting lists were 1-2 years. They appear to be more comfortable throwing drugs at a problem rather than identifying and treating the root cause. Additionally, last time I tried to get an appointment I had to redial 148 times starting at 8am to get through.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your most recent experience since we constantly work to use patient feedback to help make their visits with us better. When a referral is necessary, doctors have little to no control over the waiting times since they must adhere to NHS-mandated guidelines and procedures. We apologise that you had to phone us so many times, but the period between 8am and 10am is one of the busiest for answering calls. Despite our best efforts to have someone on hand to answer calls, there are times when things can get very busy and patients may not be able to speak with someone as quickly as they would like.
