I had a small surgery and whole process was very smooth and hassle free. The doctor and nurse both were very professional and had explained the whole process to me. I had a very good experience with the surgery.

From booking the appointment to the surgery a “human” experience, unlike some surgery’s that treat you like a robot. Everything explained clearly. Great service.

I had a minor op on my arm. The dr was absolutely wonderful. Everything was explained before hand and I was constantly reassured. Any questions I had were answered in an unhurried fashion. Absolutely first class service . The wound is healing very well with very little scarring . Thankyou .

I had a vasectomy, I was a bit anxious going into it, but as soon as I got called in I met the nurse and doctor, who were very friendly, the doctor explained the whole procedure and made me feel at ease, the operation went very smoothly and didn’t hurt a bit. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

I went in for a vasectomy, obviously this is a bit of a nerve racking thing to go In for. My doctor and nurse who carried out the op were very friendly and professional. Even when I felt a bit uncomfortable the doctor mid operation started discussing football to take my mind of things. Everything before hand was explained thoroughly and checked I was 100% happy to go ahead.

I attended this practice for minor surgery the doctor was very reassuring explaining the procedure in detail before the almost painless surgery.Also a very professional and friendly nurse assisting.

Since COVID The Valkyrie suffered in call appointment set ups but recently have made a huge improvement being able to call and book when needed. The service is amazing, the nurses and receptionists both have clearly enjoyed the change as the mood has lifted. Everyone in good spirits and appointments carried out with ease.
