I couldn't put into words how great my experience was, I was seen on time and the Dr fully explained everything to me and was so friendly and put me at ease.

Always approachable, helpful. Prompt in repeat prescriptions and secondary care referrals. staff are very helpful especially the medical staff . I needed a secondary care referral. The GP saw me and did the relevant investigations and did the hospital referral straight away. He is very knowledgeable

Had a vasectomy and the doctor and nurse very very pleasant and very sensitive. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the procedure

Today I attended Valkyrie surgery for a planned minor operation. My experience was extremely positive, as have been all my experiences with this practice. I was treated with care and respect by a highly professional and competent doctor who carried out the procedure with efficiency, giving clear and strong leadership for the kind, supporting practitioner. The doctor took time to explain what he was doing both before and afterwards and showed appropriate friendliness and interest to put me, the patient, at ease. The doctor took time to answer my questions, check another small lump and additionally explain some recent blood tests, which was all very helpful and reassuring. Overall, extremely informative, professional and patient- friendly treatment and all just a few minutes away from home. Thank you.

I called at 9am on hold for 25 minutes for a same day or any day in the near future appointment, to be told to call back at 11am .. on hold for 50 minutes to be told there is no appointments available at all .. call back Tuesday morning and try for an appointment then .. no wonder A&E is inundated with people when you can’t get get a GP appointment Why is this Surgery still taking on new patients when clearly they do not offer the help that is needed to the people already registered here! I thought GP surgeries had a juty of care …

Attended for a blood test. Reception prompt and very helpful Nurse performing the test prompt kind and efficient service. The process for leaving this review is ridicuously complicated. As always the problems with the NHS are in the admin not the front line staff.

From the organisation of my appointment to the procedure itself, everything was top rate. My appointment was arranged quickly and with ease. Then rearranged at my request to suit my schedule, which was very helpful and officiant. My surgeon was so friend and brilliant at calming my nervous and putting me at ease. It was all done so quickly with no pain with the highest levels of professionalism and kindness. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Keyhole vasectomy The Dr and two nurses made me feel Immediately at ease. The procedure was explained in detail by the Dr I was given ample opportunity to raise any concerns that I had The keyhole procedure itself was almost completely painless and quick (1/10 on my pain threshold and I have a low tolerance for pain) Great staff
