Many thanks to the doctor and his assistant for my vasectomy surgery today. I was made to feel at ease and relaxed at all times and was really pleased with all the information needed and the way the doctor presented it to myself.

When we recently moved from Basildon to Southend, my blood reports and other investigations were not accessible by me in my NHS app. I raised this with thf GP over the phone anc in person but unfortunately they couldn't help me in getting the reports. Finally I met the chief consultant in the GP and he explained me the problem. After few weeks, fortunately, now I could see my past reports except for few months. Thanks to the surgery team.

Thoroughly professional experience dealing with all parts of the surgery. From arrival through to my procedure I was welcomed warmly & offered all the help I needed. During the procedure itself, the doctor and nurse made me feel relaxed whilst proceeding with the expected care & diligence. Fantastic surgery , would highly recommend

After struggling with my symptoms for quite a while I eventually ended up with one of the nurses who actually spent time listening to my concerns and issues. My appointment ran over but I wasn’t dismissed. This was the first time I felt someone was taking notice of me. Part of the consult included a referral to one of the GPs who acted in a similarly compassionate way. Their actions completely changed the situation at my medical issues were dealt with and since then I have received nothing but excellent care

I was treated with kindness, sympathy, respect and understanding. My condition was explained clearly as was the procedure I had. I had been dreading my visit but certainly won't in the future should I need another procedure. The appointment was right on time too. I cannot fault this practice and I'm deeply moved by the care and concern of every nurse and doctor I have seen at this practice over the 4 years I've been attending.

I was dealt with civility and care. I have confidence with the doctor currently looking after me and it is reassuring that he has been with the practice for a considerable time. It is also comforting to be able to get blood tests and minor surgery at the practice clinic. I have been with the practice for over 20 years and although there have been changes in personal, I feel that I am known as a reasonable patient.
