I have had my 3rd referral fail within 12 months - due to form not being completed correctly/ sufficient information provided to specialist. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Visited this clinic for routine minor surgery. A completely painless experience. A very thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful clinician explained the process. An additional consultation was given to discuss further ways to improve my overall health which could help prevent reoccurrence of problem. I'd recommend this practice without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had blood taken, was in and out very quickly, the nurse was polite and took my blood without any fuss. People complain about the surgery, and whilst it can be frustrating getting an appointment, we are lucky to have the NHS. Maybe if people didn't just go to the Dr's for stupid little things, it would be easier to get an appointment.

Once an appointment is obtained the service and referrals are exceptionally good. I was truly impressed on every occasion. Some of the doctors seem to presume overlapping symptoms are from the same condition and don’t really listen if similar symptoms occur. Appointments are very difficult to obtain by phone, and although I have registered online I can’t seem to work out how to book. Old obsolete details keep popping up, so I cannot book! I had one very kind young lady re set everything for me, but when I tried to book again myself the old info returned. Overall very satisfied. Would definitely want to remain at this practice, but improve the phone appointment system. I was very poorly from October to early Feb. but couldn’t get a phone appointment and felt so weak that I resorted to visiting pharmacies and 111 for treatment. It is easy to contact the surgery by phone at other times, just not for appointments.

Competent, caring and compassionate session with my doctor, who was patient in advising me in relation to a viral infection and gall bladder issues. He was kind, understanding and supportive and after the session I felt much more confident about the appropriate way forward.

The surgeon gave lots of information about the problem procedure, but also made sure I was able to ask questions. Both the surgeon and nurse were very friendly and worked just as hard at making sure I was relaxed and comfortable while they carried out my procefure.

The surgey sends me the imformation i need to know and also the doctor i had in dec is very nice and polite,and gave me advice about my illness.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A clean environment and good aftercare. Everything was well explained, my wait time was minimal and I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family.

Thought the Dr and the nurse were extremely helpful and both very very kind. They made me feel very comfortable and we all had a nice conversation and they kept me informed of progress during the procedure. I wish them both the best for the future.
