I am delighted with the care that I have received from The Village Surgery. It has utterly restored my faith in the NHS. With pleasant receptionists, attentive doctors and a brilliant nurse, I really couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough.

I have found the receptionist, Kit, very helpful on the phone as well as in person at the reception desk. When I was on the phone she made me feel relaxed and appreciated, which I liked, and she was sympathetic when she listened to my problem. While I was in the waiting room, I noticed she displayed a very caring and friendly manner towards other patients.

I called this morning to ask for an emergency repeat prescription for my son - the receptionist I spoke to was extremely helpful and I had a call back within a few hours confirming the doctor had approved the prescription and it had been sent to the pharmacy. Many thanks again for prompt and very helpful service - both receptionist and GP.

The reception staff were so helpful and really took an interest and done everything they could to help me out they were so polite and pleasent and it was just a nice experience they really seemed to care. The Doctor i have never seen before and the pleasent expierence just continued polite concerned answered all my questions and concerns and is helping me to get to the bottom of my recent concern all round pleasent and great expierence thank you to everyone who was there.

Very sensible in their approach to caring for their patients. The combination of econsult and phone calls works really well and I always feel that they will do an in person appointment in a reasonable time if they think it is needed. Great with my daughter as well.

Doctors at this practice leave no stone unturned, they are quick to refer to specialist medical Investigations, as well as following up progress

I have had recent on going treatment and support from an excellent GP at the practice. The fact I am now feeling so much better is testament to their compassionate approach and consistent expert advice and support. I am so thankful, as are my family, especially at a time when the NHS is under such strain. The Village Surgery staff are always courteous, kind and efficient when contacting them and I am extremely appreciative. Huge thanks for such a great GP and practice.

My GP was exemplary- every effort has been taken to research and arrange tests alleviating my health concerns. The Doctors, Nurse and staff make this a great practice- thank you

Follow up call regarding new medication that I was unsure of taking but GP listened to my concerns, was empathic and reassured my concerns. I did not feel like I was wasting her time.
