I have been visiting the practice for several years and have always received good care. The doctors and nurses are thorough and courteous. My latest visit compelled me to write a review after excellent care. Thanks!

Our treatment here was perfect. I was accompanying someone to an appointment as they were unable to go on their own. After the appointment we both agreed that the doctor was perfect. Very sensitive to the patient's needs. Thoughtful and treated the patient with respect and empathy. We had been nervous of the appointment - the doctor put us at our ease the moment we entered the room. We are very grateful. The receptionist was also very helpful. All in all very impressed. Difficult circumstances were handled perfectly. Thank you.

Called in for an 11.20 appointment with a nurse, I logged in at 11.15 on the arrivals machine in the foyer. It instructed me to wait in the 1st floor waiting room. Forty minutes later, I still hadn't been called. Suspecting something was wrong, I went down to the receptionist who checked the computer and told me the person I was due to see had listed me as 'Did not attend. Baffled, I asked the receptionist how this had occurred. It was then suggested to me that the arrivals machine might have malfunctioned. Well, it didn't appear to malfunction when I logged in. The process was exactly as normal. So I question whether this is true. But for some reason, the person I was intended to see either overlooked me or believed I had not turned up. The NHS pays good money to publicise the high rates of non-attendance at appointments. I would like an undertaking from the Practice Management that my experience will not be officially listed as a Did Not Attend. I was on time, I logged in correctly, I waited patiently for 40 minutes, and I was given no credible reason why I never saw the intended clinician. I try hard not to waste the NHS's time. Kindly return the favour by not wasting mine.
