I received a call back regarding an infected throat I had. The doctor was extremely kind, thorough and helpful. This call actually came late in the evening... which just goes to show the long hours they work. He made sure it was ok to talk at that time and of course it was...I was grateful they had called back to prescribe antibiotics.

As you say, acute appointments scheduled via the triage list can sometimes run much later than 'usual' clinic hours. My doctor provided excellent care, was kind and listened carefully to my concerns. He managed to fit me in around my work schedule which I really appreciated. The reception staff were also accommodating and understanding. Cannot fault this practice. Thank you.

The GP called me at 9.15pm which showed extremely dedicated attention to his patients. He listened and explained the problem clearly.
