It is always difficult getting through to surgery by phone for an appt so I went to the surgery where the only receptionist was very very busy so there was a wait. I was told I would be triaged the next morning so I had to give my reasons for wanting an appt. There was no privacy to do this. I was actually triaged that evening and seen early the next morning first by a nurse and then a gp. This promptness was much appreciated.

Saw an asthma nurse about my breathing difficulties and she was so helpful, friendly and thorough. She explained everything carefully and put me at ease. She arranged other appointments and I can’t praise her attention enough.

The nurses are so friendly and professional. Feel so comfortable with having my smear tests here. The nurses make you feel very at ease.

Exceptional service from The Wall House today. After completing an online appointment request form , I was contacted two hours later offering me a face to face GP appointment that afternoon. The GP was very thorough and understanding. Immediately after the consultation I saw the nurse for blood tests. Within one hour of the appointment I was at home having collected my prescribed medication from the pharmacy. A fantastic service from all involved!

Felt listened to - helpful staff in getting appointments- doctor very sympathetic and pleasant- really appreciate the ring back service which saves you hanging on the line

I had an appointment for a blood test this morning. I am always nervous, but the healthcare practitioner immediately put me at my ease and was so efficient and deft that I was in and out in record time! I was very impressed.

I needed a prompt face-to-face appt due to a problem. I was seen at short notice by a very attentive physician who was pleasant, attentive and efficient. Tests taken and follow up contact by phone and text. I have had good service from this very busy surgery, over the past years with a few health issues.
